Healthy Versus Unhealthy Relationships

Today I'm going to go into detail about the major distinctions between healthy and unhealthy relationships. At this point, you may be thinking, " But Sarah, surely everyone knows that already!" Well, my experience tells me otherwise. I know from personal experience that whilst we are in a toxic relationship we often overestimate the health of that relationship. We may have an inkling that some aspects of it are unhealthy but we tend to be in denial about the true extent of that unhealthiness. Tune in to today's episode which will help you to make better relationship choices in the future.

Here is a link to the "Irrelationship" book I mention in this episode, by Mark B. Borg Jr. et al Irrelationship: How We Use Dysfunctional Relationships to Hide from Intimacy (Audio Download): Mark B. Borg Jr., Grant H Brenner, Daniel Berry, Aaron Welch, Central Recovery Press: Amazon.co.uk: Books
